First of all let me state right up front for the record: I am not a racist.  I find that I like most all of the Hispanic people I get to know and I have nothing what so ever against having people from southof the border come here to work and earn money. BUT, it must be done above the board, out in the open, and legally controlled and sanctioned.

Who profits when it is done illegally?  Only the coyotes who smuggle them in and the exploiters who hire them for cash under the table at a low wage. Everyone elsei s a big loser. The people coming here to work are subjected to harsh and dangerous passage to get here, too often we read of them dieing in the desert with not enough water, or packed into a van that gets into a deadly accident.  They often pay a large fee tobe smuggled in.

It’s hard to have sympathy for someone who has entered yourc ountry illegally, but for many it is economic desperation that makes them do that. Others come here to get rich selling drugs or prostitution. Not all llegal immigrants are the same by a long shot.

We the working tax paying citizens are the bigger loser by far. Our schools are used as day care centers often with free meals provided;our hospital emergency rooms are used for as doctor’s offices. We can’t by federal  law turn them away from either, although knowing the generosity of the American people they probably wouldn’t be turned away anyway. There other costs, schools and courts have to hire additional bi-lingual staff, many illegals drive without insurance, the bad apples who come here to run drugs, etc frequently end up in jail which is not such bad living here in the USA, then released upon the streets to continue their drug trading. There are the gangs like MS-13which are viciously violent that form where illegal’s are enclaved.

The federal government has been totally unable and even unwilling to address this serious problem, although clearly it is their responsibility primarily. But if they don’t do their job, then the states and localities have to step up to the plate and take action.

Arizona has lead the way on the state level and strangely the federal government is nowstanding in opposition.  There is a movement now in Virginia called the Virginia Rule of Law Act and it is being pushed by a man named Cory Stewart who is principally responsible for a similar ordinance being instituted at the county level here in Prince William County.I am a resident of PWC and I am proud of the way our Board of Supervisors stepped up to the plate and responded to the pleas of their residents.

It has made a world of difference. Now if an illegal is arrested for any reason he goes to jail and stays there until deportation proceedings have begun. He also may be tried for whatever crime or infraction he committed, but he will not return to the street.

Many illegals have left PWC and the schools are no longer over crowded and ERs are not so overloaded. The crime rate has dropped significantly. Quiet neighborhoods no longer have the plague of “dormitory houses” which were regular single family houses often in middle class neighborhoods converted into flop houses for mostly unattached young male workers (from God knows where) by the dozen or more. Not the kind ofneighborhood you dreamed of to raise your family in.

This is a localized problem, when I complained of conditions here often people from other areas who did not have this problem immediately seemed to assume I hated Hispanics or I was a right wing nut job, overreacting to what’s been going on for a long time. I know its been going on for a long time and I too looked the other way, but it got out of hand here and was changing our way of life in a very negative way.

What I am trying to say is, support Arizona and other localities because our federal government does not care about preserving our American Dream. They want to change it in the way They think it should be. We need to support our local and state governments who are fighting to preserve our way of life. Please watch the brief YouTube video as Cory Stewart explains what we did here in PWC.

Our Prisons are over booked now! This would fill our prisons over the limit and we would have to pay for it some how! Yes, over extreme maybe but would solve the problem......

Shooting them as spys may be a little extreme ;-) but prison time if they don't register would probably get them on the tax roles.
No Citizenship Ever is a must, if they don't like that, let them go back where they came from and apply for LEGAL immigration.

I would give them amnesty! Get out in 30 days free....After 30 day they would be a spy and shot. Also anyone that helps an illegal would also be guilty and sent to jail......Any employer would face 100,000 fine and on the second offense it would be jail time and 1,000,000.00 fine................................. If you are found 1/4 mile from the border you would be shot as well......

I think the first step is a Guest Worker program that has heavy penalties for both employers and illegal workers, and yet allows enough workers in to help with harvests, etc. They would Not have a track to citizenship. We need to support the Border Patrol instaed of throwing them in prison for shooting drug dealers, we should be throwing the drug dealer in prison for a good long time. I Might go for a limited amnesty for those already here but the main condition would be No chance for citizenship (and no vote) Ever as a penalty for coming here illegally.

let's try to get Congress to get at the root of the problem. Fine and imprison the sleazebags that keep hiring the illegals. Get serious with the employers, and they will stop looking for the illegals. And if there's no jobs for them, there will be no incentive for them to come!
