Zucchini , summer squash , and winter squash are capable of being pickled , canned , dehydrated and fermented. Dehydration is a PREFERRED method though. If you can the zukes in Squares , vs slices it does extremely well.

like most of what is side in the 5 parts thing is need to learn to live from the garden what can what will cross with your seed like carrots will cross a weed and there goes your seeds and the how many time you can plant it for your home
