Thank you so much for this video! For those of us just learning how to cook with dutch ovens, this was so valuable. We can read how it is done but actually watching it with full instructions was wonderful! Thank you for taking the time to do this for us.

This was pt 3 and I must say I truly enjoyed watching a hunk cook. I wanted to know about dutch ovens when I saw them on sale at the army-navy surplus store in Topeka (good ole' Einsteins). I wondered why anyone who was camping or preparing to G.o.o.d. would want such a heavy cooking pot. Well I think that cooking bread in it would be a treat. I might try corn bread first. Thank you
